K-Hotel Restaurant | Bavarian Beer Garden:

The K-Hotel offers 2 different dining outlets, the K-Hotel restaurant and the newly launched Bavarian Beer Graden as well as a sports bar at the front.

The K-Hotel Restaurant, located in the back part of the wonderful tropical garden, is one of the oldest restaurant in the center of Patong. The Bavarian Beer Graden is located in the front part (near the main Entry) and offers real Beer Garden ambience incl. authentic Bavarian and south German/Austrian food, a selection of delicious wines, cold draft beer and tropical cocktails. Short, a little piece of paradise – Bavarian ambience surrounded by palm trees and embedded in a green oasis. Chef Michael and his Team create magic by bringing together Austrian and authentic Thai specialties and the culinary delights of Mediterranean and international cuisine.

During the test dinner we have been warmly welcomed by Michaela, the General Manager of the K-Hotel.
We decided to try the Bavarian Beer Garden.

Starters:
– Styrian pumpkin cream soup with pumpkin seed oil (THB 160)
– Avocado Salad with shrimps and house dressing (THB 380)
– Spaghetti Aglio Olio (THB 260)

Main Course:
– Viennese Goulash – traditional beef shank stew with homemade soft egg noodles “Spaetzle” and mixed salad (THB 320)
– Grilled bratwurst “Thuringer Style” with sauerkraut and brown bread (THB 280)

Dessert:
– Apfelstrudel – home made pastry with moist apple, raisin and cinnamon (THB 190).

Everything we tried tasted great and also very authentic. The waitress was also very nice, attentive
and professional. All in all we can highly recommend the K-Hotel restaurants.
