Ethos Restaurant & Lounge in Kalim is a fine dining Mediterranean venue that sets a benchmark for highest quality of dining, service and design – with a fantastic sea view over Patong Bay. Ethos Restaurant is the latest fine dining venue created by Thomas Brack & Ernst Bauer (former The 9th Floor). However since beginning of 2018 the Ethos Restaurant & Lounge is managed by Swiss Culinary Chef Ronald Zimmermann.

Overlooking Kalim Beach, Patong Bay and the Andaman Sea, Ethos Restaurant & Lounge is the perfect place for a romantic dinner with your beloved one. Either choose to take a seat in the elegant indoor dining area or on the breathtaking alfresco terrace, the experience will be truly extraordinary.

This stylish Ethos Restaurant & Lounge is serving only the finest imported and local produce and ingredients, such as Phuket’s seafood, fresh organic vegetables and herbs from the King’s plantation project, Australian beef and lamb, French cold water shellfish and oysters, Italian red prawns, Canadian lobsters and Japanese chicken, to provide you the flavorful and best quality of modern Mediterranean specialties. Wines and great cocktails by famous local mixologist are the highlights as well. Moreover, the executive chef is an expert and well-known throughout Thailand at creating international cuisine for over 20 years.
