Patong Go Kart Speedway

Patong Go Kart Speedway is located at the foot of Patong Hill on the Kathu side and is one of two go kart courses in Phuket. Opened in 1991, this dual adventure business is managed by a German national and handled by a professional team of Thais dedicated to safety.

The 750m meter long Patong racetrack starts out with a long straight allowing riders to build up speed then breaks into a series of sharp curves and smooth bends that encourage you to push your limits and show off your skills.

Centered in the middle of the track is the main building which houses the front desk, garage and restaurant where they serve a selection of snack foods and cool beverages. Here you can sit in the cool refreshing air at one of the many tables that boast 180 degree view of the course and watch as other riders race around the daunting course.

The speedway has 4 types of cars readily available; the 120cc reaches speeds up to 40km per hour and is perfect for kids age 10 and up, the 270cc that seats 2 and can reach speeds up to 60km per hour for those who have small children under the age of 10, the standard 200cc that reaches speeds up to 70km per hour and finally the 400cc that can reach speeds of 110km per hour!!!

Patong Go Kart Speedway is also a great place to host many of your social events from birthday parties to corporate team building exercises. The Mini Grand Prix and F1 Grand Prix packages offer a practice lap and final race, trophies for the first, second and third place finishers and a champagne shower for the first place winner that is sure to excite patrons of any age.

Also located on the property is the Off Road Fun Park, where guests will enjoy racing around the 600m off road track bouncing over the humps and jumps and splashing through the muddy puddles all while eating dust from the buggy in front!
