The Golden Dragon Phuket Town is a famous dragon statue that can be found at Queen Sirikit Park in Phuket City on the east side of the island of Phuket. The Thai name is, “Hai Leng Ong”.

Queen Sirikit Park was constructed to commemorate Her Majesty The Queen Sirikit’s seventy-second birthday in 2004. The Golden Dragon statue was later added to the park in 2006 to commemorate the sixtieth year of His Majesty the King’s reign (King Bhumibol Adulyadej).
