Mini Golf

Phuket Tourist Information Guide

Read Introduction

Crawling from pub to pub in Thailand’s Southern City of Sin, Patong Beach, you might be having trouble coming up with something for your kids to do. Yeah, remember them?! One word for you… minigolf. Well, Wikipedia calls it that, and many others call it mini golf. As we say in Thailand, ‘up to you!

There are a few courses you shouldn’t miss in Phuket. Mini Golf Patong is a very nicely designed 18-hole course created on a rooftop! They have special group and birthday or other celebration rates for special events. This must-see course is located at Banana Walk in Kathu, Patong. Price for adults in 2017 is 500 Thai Baht, and kids under 12 get a 150 THB discount. There are also special prices for families, and an adult day pass you can split between two days. There is no special theme for kids, so maybe the next option will suit very young children better.

Dino Park Mini Golf in Phuket was created just for kids, but there’s no reason adults with a young heart wouldn’t have some fun too! The golf course is setup with a dinosaur theme, and it’s quite cool to see at night. The location is on Karon Road in Karon Beach, Phuket. It is open from 10 am. to 11 pm. No prices are listed on the website, so be ready for anything!

Phuket Adventure Mini Golf is another course, but lackluster in comparison to the first two above. Prices are similar to Mini Golf Patong, but if you have the choice, you should probably visit the one in Patong!

There is a lot for kids to do on the island, but especially if you have young kids under 12 or so, be sure to take them to a mini golf in Phuket! Don’t forget to offer ice-cream for the winner, and then surprise them all with ice-cream for everybody!
