Ao Sane Beach is located close to Nai Harn Beach on the island of Phuket, Thailand

If you want to escape the craziness of Patong Beach or elsewhere, relax and just enjoy what a Thai beach is supposed to be, just come here. A fun fact is that you actually can see Ao Sane beach from Nai Harn and can still keep guessing how to get there.

While you approach Nai Harn Beach you willingly have to ignore the lure of this beautiful beach and keep driving towards THE NAI HARN Resort. THE NAI HARN, nestled in the beautiful headland at the southern part of Nai Harn Beach was the Royal Phuket Yacht Club before its renovation. You drive through the hotel’s compound (underground car park) and continue following the small road until you reach the parking lot.

Ao Sane Beach consists of three small bays with a small dive shop on site to hire snorkelling gear for a day or even go diving at the house reef which has a depth going from three to twelve meters. A spread of basic bungalows and restaurants with decent food are also on site. There are deck chairs and umbrellas for hire from the restaurant for 200baht. All of south of Phuket island is within an easy drive from Ao Sane Beach.

If you plan to stay in one of the basic bungalows you will be able to explore this part of the Island of Phuket. Kata & Karon beaches or Chalong bay are within easy reach. Remote but still in the vicinity of other spots as well as the superb diving and snorkelling conditions create the beautiful vibes which people keep telling you about.
