Naka Noi Island sits four kilometers from Ao Por Pier on Phuket northeast coast, near Khao Phra Thaeo Wildlife Sanctuary. The island is just about one kilometer long and only two hundred meters wide. Likewise, Naka Yai, its bigger sister with nearly nine times more landmass, sits only one kilometer away to the north.

If your starting point is Patong, you'll have to take the highway over the mountain into Phuket Town. From there, you'll have to travel up Highway 4027 and on to the Ao Por Pier on the coast. You can then catch a longtail boat. They operate the boats most of the year when the sea is not too rough.

While visiting Koh Naka Noi, you might want to visit and enjoy Koh Naka Yai at the same time. Make sure you arrange to see both in one trip.
