For those of you who have been to Phuket before there is a good chance you have seen or even tried the weird and wonderful Zorbing advertised. While hurling yourself down a mountain in an inflatable ball does sound like fun, those who are looking for a new and exciting tourist attraction, something out of the ordinary that is truly unique, than we suggest you visit Phuket Bubble Football for a once in a lifetime experience that will make your friends and family envious.

Phuket Bubble Football takes the fun of bouncing around in an inflatable vinyl ball and mixes it with the fun of a friendly game of football (soccer). Similar to Zorbing, guests climb inside a smaller version of the inflatable ball and line up on the pitch as both sides hilariously try to score a goal on the opposing team. The rules to football (soccer) still apply and the company provides a referee to ensure the game is fair and stays friendly, but the amusement ensues as the players desperately try to keep their balance and spatial awareness while passing, shooting and tackling.

Phuket Bubble Football has no discernible location, those who are interested in putting together a game must call or use their website to book. Currently they operate in 4 different pitches around Phuket: Patong FC, TX Park, Samkong Premiere and Football Island (Headstart International School), although other locations can be requested for a small fee. There are two different packages currently offered: Private Sessions are great for kids, bachelor and birthday parties; while Corporate Event is ideal to host  team building, company sports and regional meetings. Those who do not fancy football (soccer), don’t worry there are several different games to choose from that offer just as much amusement.

There are three rate options that vary depending on the amount of guests and how long you wish to play for. The 1 hour gets you ten bubbles, is suitable for 8-10 players and costs 6,500 baht. The 2 hour gets you ten bubbles, is suitable for 14-28 players and costs 12,000 baht. The 3 hour gets you sixteen bubbles, is suitable for 24-40 players and costs 25,000 baht. Included in the price of all packages is the cost of venue, full set up before arrival, a session organizer, both adult and kid sized bubbles, your choice of games and pack-up at the end of the session.
