Patong Beach:

Patong Beach is the best known beach from Phuket, if not from Thailand. It is a big, busy beach, about 3 km long and up to 100 m broad. see our video in you tube.the south part is not good to swim….stones and too flat.

Patong can be reached by the coast road along the east side of phuket or by the mountain road called Phra Barami from Phuket town.

Patong offers two important possibilities:

– a nice beach with white sand

– a huge busy shopping area and an unbelievable quantity of bars, restaurants, tailors, hotels, dive schools, beauty parlors, night time entertainments, transvestite shows( Simon Cabaret ) and, and…..

The center of the night life with go-go bars is arround the Bangla road.

Our tip: don’t stay all your time there. To see the beauty of Phuket, you must visit other beaches and towns.
