Boasting four floors of high end equipment, such as cable crossover, smith machine, leg curl and extension, lat and low row machine, treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes, exercise balls, skipping ropes and all manner of free weights, as well as air conditioning and fans to keep you cool while you work out at your own pace. They also offer low daily, weekly and monthly rates, starting at 200 baht per day!

Those who are looking for medium length accommodation, Dons Gym also offers rooming for tourists who are planning on staying in Phuket for extended holidays. Each stay room is over sixty-five square meters and comes with an air conditioned bedroom, a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, fully furnished living room, private bathroom, as well as cable TV and free WIFI. The rates change depending on time of the year, with high season costing 30,000 baht per month, and low season 18,000 baht per month. All linens, towels and bed sheets are provided, and all tenants have free use of the gym and its amenities. Whether a drop in or long term guest, everyone is treated as family.
